This premium tour combines two of the most exciting ways to explore Maunalua Bay: an electric submarine scooter and a Super Dolphin seabob. It is the ultimate underwater experience, letting you glide, dive, and cruise the reef in two completely different and unforgettable ways.
First, climb aboard a submarine scooter for about 20 minutes. This easy, self-propelled machine lets you sit comfortably and steer along the reef while a clear bubble keeps you moving effortlessly past corals and tropical fish. Then it is time for the Super Dolphin, a seabob that pulls you through the water at up to 12 miles per hour for around 45 minutes of banking turns, glides, and dives.
In between the rides, you will have time to snorkel and swim in the clear bay, with gear, fins, and a wetsuit top provided. Relax on the shaded deck or in the sun between activities and enjoy a snack and refreshment. The full experience runs about two hours and is designed for ages 10 and up.
The minimum age is 10. To ride safely, guests should be between 4 feet and 6 feet 8 inches tall, weigh no more than 350 pounds, have no medical conditions, and not be pregnant. You are welcome to bring your own snorkeling equipment if you prefer, though everything you need is provided.
This tour departs from Island Water Sports Hawaii at Maunalua Bay, on Oahu's scenic southeast shore, at 7192 Kalanianaole Highway, Suite E-111, Honolulu, HI 96825, a short drive from Waikiki toward Hawaii Kai.
Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the tour date and will incur a 3 percent processing fee. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full, and no-shows are also charged in full.
